The Business Environmental Protection Association (BEC) is an independent non-profit member established by the Hong Kong, China Business community and a charity exempt from taxation under Section 88 of the Tax Ordinance, Chapter 112 of the Hong Kong Law. Its mission is to work with governments, businesses and communities to promote business action for environmental optimization and net zero emissions through thinking leadership, innovative initiatives, policy initiatives, strategic partners, advisory services and environmental education.
