According to the cooperation agreement, Yixing Xingyang Industrial Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yixing State owned Assets, and Zhong'an Science and Technology Co., Ltd. will jointly invest in the establishment of a joint venture company as the main body of the Yixing Artificial Intelligence Computing Center project. The Yixing Municipal Government will provide comprehensive policy support to assist in solving practical problems in project construction and production operations. Zhong'anke will rely on its comprehensive advantages in funding, technology, talent, management, enterprise scale, industry status, and other aspects, combined with the research and development advantages of Wuhan University Zhong'anke Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, to fully promote project construction, and strive to complete the construction of Yixing Artificial Intelligence Computing Center and put it into operation within the year. It is reported that the total investment of the project is as high as 1 billion yuan, and it is planned to build an artificial intelligence computing power center with a total capacity of 1000P and an artificial intelligence science and technology innovation center with a total area of about 50000 square meters.
